Abatement, Demolition & Renovation

OSE was a key subcontractor on a USACE Mobile helicopter hangar abatement, demolition and renovation contract at the US Army Garrison Fort Rucker. OSE removed all infrastructure and siding from the building, salvaging or recycling as much material as possible to divert the waste from reaching a landfill.

Asbestos & Mold Abatement

OSE also performed asbestos and mold abatement. The majority of the work was performed above 10 feet off the ground and all OSE employees followed OSHA standards for fall protection. Work was completed with no injuries or safety violations. OSE maintained the project schedule to ensure the renovations could proceed as planned.
