United States Army
The FRP is a program of the United States Army Center Huntsville (USAESCH) under which USAESCH assesses and demolishes buildings for the US Army worldwide. USAESCH issued One Stop a contract in 2013 to provide demolition consulting and support services to Corps of Engineers project managers and the FRP program as a whole. Specifically, One Stop provides a program manager, two project managers, a civil/environmental engineer, and multiple subject matter experts to perform site visits, pre demolition surveys, hazardous materials assessments, report writing, and cost estimating.
One Stop is frequently tasked with performing geographically dispersed projects with time sensitive deadlines. OSE’s most recent task order required us to manage the DA-337 process concurrently at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Fort Benning, Georgia, and Fort Belvoir, Virginia. OSE recently completed work at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Red River Army Depot, Anniston Army Depot, Lima Army Tank Plant, and Military Ocean Terminal Concord, California.
