Site Prep

One Stop owns and operates a fleet of heavy equipment and has CDL licensed operators (most with HAZWOPER certification) and can handle site prep/civil construction needs you might have. One Stop has experience building parking lots, performing land clearing and grading, and performing site prep for retail and commercial sites. We understand that site prep is the first step in a construction project and that all other trades are waiting on us to be finished before they can start. We work quickly and safely to ensure a timely completion.
