This competition recognizes the top workplaces in metro Birmingham based on the results of an employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. OSE was honored to rank 9th in the small business category of this competition.
“If you treat your employees well, they will be loyal to your business.” Shannon Riley, CEO and president of One Stop Environmental, said that’s one lesson companies can learn from the culture at her company.
Along those lines, Riley said one of the keys is promoting each team member’s highest qualities and assets.
