At One Stop Environmental, we offer comprehensive environmental consulting services to assist your customers.  Need to perform due diligence on a property? Our environmental site assessments can help you understand your potential liability. We offer both Phase I and Phase II assessments, using in-depth site investigation, personal interviews and historical research to uncover contamination problems on a given site. We use the ASTM standard to prepare our reports, and we are more than happy to tailor our research to focus on your specific concerns.

For Federal clients, we have experience performing environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, environmental baseline studies, NEPA assessments, natural resource consulting services and cultural resource consulting services. Where contamination exists, we can also help you determine the extent by conducting an assessment. We have also assisted clients navigate complex permitting processes, conduct long term monitoring, and operate and maintain remediation systems.
