One Stop Environmental serves as US Steel’s primary environmental contractor at their Alabama facilities, and has been doing so since 2002. OSE has responded to leaks and spills, performed unknown chemical identification and stabilization, performed tank cleanings, transported hazardous and non-hazardous waste and managed other environmental concerns at US Steel’s Fairfield, AL plant.
One Stop Environmental has a number of full-time staff dedicated to US Steel. Other employees step in to support emergency responses or large industrial projects as needed. OSE’s team of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers, geologists, engineers, scientists, chemists, managers and hazardous materials technicians provide valuable advice for the most efficient management of US Steel’s waste stream.
