- Asbestos Abatement & Assessments – Ambipar Response OSE regularly performs asbestos, lead, and mold abatement for construction companies and general contractors renovating commercial buildings. Our staff can evaluate your site to find an abatement option that meets your needs and your budget. We can then safely self-perform the abatement.
- Hydro/Pneumatic Excavation- Vacuum excavation is a precise and safe method to excavate without risking damage to buried utility lines, pipes or tree roots. We use high-pressure air to break up soil, which is then vacuumed up into a tank.
- Interior Demolition – OSE offers interior demolition services to both residential and commercial clients in the Southeast. We can take apart flooring, walls, ceilings, block masonry, electrical, plumbing, and concrete in a safe manner while preserving the exterior portion and other areas not scheduled for demolition. We also regularly perform selective demolition, the removal of components or portions of a structure while protecting the remaining service, and deconstruction, taking apart a building while carefully preserving valuable elements of the buildings components for re-use.
- Waterproofing – OSE provides installation of the following systems: damp proofing, below-grade waterproofing, air & vapor barriers, traffic coding, joint sealants, expansion joint assemblies, concrete repair, install sheet membrane, fluid applied, cementitious, crystalline or bentonite waterproofing systems.
