Shannon Riley has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Furman University and a Masters of Chemistry from the University of Alabama. She founded One Stop Environmental in 1999. Prior to One Stop Environmental, Shannon worked for Los Alamos National Laboratories as a research assistant, US Pipe as a floor engineer, and Emergency Response Specialists as an emergency response team chemist.
She has been a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager since 2003, and is One Stop Environmental’s onsite chemist. She directs all management and marketing efforts of One Stop, and oversees operations. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and numerous professional and civic organizations in Alabama.
Shannon is a member of Kiwanis Club of Birmingham, Society of Military Engineers and other professional and civic organizations. Shannon serves on the Young and Executive Board for BBVA Compass, as Board Member of Innovation Depot and Board Member and President of the Woodlawn Business Association.
